**International Duties and Taxes**  
To enhance your shopping experience, all international orders are shipped **Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)**. This means that duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, preventing any delays at customs. Please note that customs duties and taxes vary by country and product.

**Tracking Your Order**  
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can monitor your order's progress through the tracking link provided.

**Order Status Updates**  
If your package appears to have stopped moving, don’t worry! It’s likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs or weather events, but your tracking page will provide the latest status updates.

### Returns

At Cozmose, we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within **30 days of receipt** for a refund.

**Return Eligibility**  
- **Condition**: Items must be in like-new condition, ideally in their original packaging.
- **Consumable Products**: Items such as serums, creams, and oils must be at least three-quarters full to qualify for a refund.

*Cozmose does not cover return shipping costs or provide prepaid return labels.*

**How to Process a Return**

2. Pack the items in their original packaging, including all components.
3. Ensure your name and order number are clearly visible on the parcel.
4. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
5. Send us a photo of the shipment receipt or provide the tracking number, and we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

**Exchanges**  
Exchanges can be requested within the 30-day period. For assistance with an exchange, contact our support team, and we’ll guide you through the process.
